pp洗涤塔(喷淋塔)广泛用于工业酸、碱等废气净化,是目前酸碱废气处理中最常用、也是效率最高的一款处理设备,PP洗涤塔的作用是将气体中的污染源用水喷淋反应而除掉。喷淋塔,可分为填料塔和旋流塔两种,填料塔相对用途广泛,粉尘较多时可选用旋流塔,主要优点:可根据空间大小定制圆形或方形塔体。
主要材质是pp,塔本身包含有本体、填充层、除雾层、循环洒水管路,自动加药、智能控制及循环水槽等几个部分。
主要特点:低噪音、运行平稳、操作简单、方便;可专业用于热浸镀、电镀行业及金属表面处理所产生的酸碱气体进行中和处理,采用优质PP板,风量可随机调整配用。
我公司依据十一五国家级通风工程规划、并结合我司多年实际经验,专门设计封闭吸收废气收集法,对挥发有毒气体捕捉《收集率可达95%》以上,废气经封闭间顶部吸风口收集后通过主管输送至酸雾洗涤塔进行喷淋吸收中和,从而使废气得以《净化率达95%》以上,净化气通过喷淋塔后段的除雾段去除气体中的水份;最终处理后的废气经引风机输送并通过排气筒排放。塔体内填料采用花环填料或多面球;喷雾系统采用新型螺族喷咀,不易堵塞,雾化均匀。酸性废气逆向通过两层填料,与碱性喷液充分接触发生中和反应、吸收传质,废气中的酸雾进入吸收溶液中并回至贮液箱内,贮液箱根据pH值随时自动补液调整pH值至9~10。净化后洁净空气经除雾层进行气液分离,气相通过烟筒排入大气,碱液箱与塔身设计为一体化形式,节省占地面积。
效果测评:
一、盐酸酸雾初始浓度约为20mg/Nm3,经吸风罩捕集后进入水喷淋吸收塔,盐酸酸雾净化效率约为98%,经喷淋吸收后的尾气排入大气。净化后的废气可以达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)中的二级标准。
目前我公司在制造PP洗涤塔方面已经形成系列完整的制作流程,塔体结构合理,外形美观牢固,自动化程度高。

It is currently the most commonly used and efficient treatment equipment for acid and alkali waste gases. The function of the PP scrubber is to remove the pollution sources in the gas through water spray reaction. Spray towers can be classified into two types: packed towers and cyclone towers. Packed towers have a wider range of applications. When there is a large amount of dust, cyclone towers can be selected. The main advantages are: the tower body can be customized to be circular or square according to the size of the space.
The main material is pp. The tower itself consists of several parts, including the main body, filling layer, demisting layer, circulating sprinkler pipeline, automatic dosing, intelligent control and circulating water tank. Main features: Low noise, smooth operation, simple and convenient operation; It can be professionally used for neutralizing acid and alkali gases produced in hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating industries and metal surface treatment. It is made of high-quality PP plates and the air volume can be adjusted randomly for use. Based on the national ventilation engineering plan for the 11th Five-Year Plan and combined with our company's many years of practical experience, our company has specially designed a closed absorption waste gas collection method. The collection rate of volatile toxic gases can reach over 95%. The waste gas is collected through the top suction port of the closed room and then conveyed through the main pipe to the acid mist scrubber for spray absorption and neutralization, thus achieving a purification rate of over 95% for the waste gas. The purified gas passes through the demisting section at the rear end of the spray tower to remove moisture from the gas. The final treated exhaust gas is conveyed by the induced draft fan and discharged through the exhaust stack. The packing inside the tower body adopts flower ring packing or multi-faceted balls. The spray system adopts a new type of screw nozzles, which are not prone to clogging and ensure uniform atomization. Acidic waste gas passes through two layers of packing in the opposite direction, fully contacting with alkaline spray liquid to undergo neutralization reaction and absorption mass transfer. The acid mist in the waste gas enters the absorption solution and returns to the liquid storage tank. The liquid storage tank automatically replenishes liquid at any time according to the pH value to adjust the pH value to 9-10. The purified clean air undergoes gas-liquid separation through the demister layer.The gas phase is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The alkali liquid tank and the tower body are designed as an integrated form to save floor space.Effect evaluation: First, the initial concentration of hydrochloric acid mist is approximately 20mg/Nm3. After being captured by the suction hood, it enters the water spray absorption tower. The purification efficiency of hydrochloric acid mist is about 98%. The tail gas after spray absorption is discharged into the atmosphere. The purified exhaust gas can meet the secondary standards stipulated in the "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996). At present, our company has formed a complete series of production processes in manufacturing PP scrubbers. The tower body structure is reasonable, the appearance is beautiful and firm, and the degree of automation is high.
