除尘器或除尘设备就是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备。而布袋除尘器也称为过滤式除尘器,是一种干式高效除尘器，它是利用纤维编制物制作的袋式过滤元件来捕集含尘气体中固体颗粒物的除尘装置。其作用原理是尘粒在绕过滤布纤维时因惯性力作用与纤维碰撞而被拦截。除尘布袋一般按照清灰方式不同分为脉冲式除尘滤袋，振打式除尘布袋，反吹式除尘布袋。

可广泛应用于炼铁厂、铸造厂、发电厂等的烟气治理除尘系统。垃圾焚烧炉、燃煤锅炉、流化床锅炉等烟气过滤。采矿、粮食加工、面粉、电子行业、木材加工等的灰尘治理和净化收集。

我公司设计的脉冲袋式除尘器采用模块化设计，自动化程度高，可灵活配置、使用高性能滤材，寿命长，方便维护，易于清灰，可适应不同工况。

针对热镀锌行业锌烟处理难题，我公司设计使用大功率引风机通过烟尘收集装置产生的风流将锌烟抽至烟雾处理器，锌烟经封闭罩吸收后经吸风道收集，并通过管道经布袋除尘器处理，处理率大于99%，氨氮经喷淋塔喷淋后，锌烟烟气完全达标排放。

In response to the challenge of zinc fume treatment in the hot-dip galvanizing industry, our company has designed and used high-power induced draft fans to draw the zinc fume to the smoke processor through the airflow generated by the smoke and dust collection device. The zinc fume is absorbed by the closed hood and then collected through the suction duct. It is then treated by the bag filter through the pipeline, with a treatment rate of over 99%.
