微滤机

微滤机是一种转鼓式筛网过滤回收固液分离装置,也称转筒式格栅,微滤机的工作原理是当养殖水体通过微滤机转鼓上的微孔筛网时,在转鼓的转动作用下,对养殖水体中的固体废弃物进行分离,使水体净化,达到循环利用的目的。并在过滤的同时,可以通过转鼓的转动和反冲水的作用力,使微孔筛网得到及时的清洁,使设备始终保持良好的工作状态。
工作原理:
1、过滤:
污水经污水提升泵提升至微滤机,微滤机中设有布水堰,通过引导从滚筒一端进入滚筒,再通过滤网的过滤,将悬浮物拦截在滤筒内部,滤筒内部设有导流叶片,可以将悬浮物从进水端导流至另一端的排泥槽处。污水会从滤网处流至滤筒下方的接水槽中,通过出水法兰接口接至后方的中间水池。
2、反冲洗:
设备运行中,悬浮物会有一部分附着在滤网之上,反冲洗可用自来水,由电磁阀和时间控制器来控制,可设置多长时间开启反冲洗,反冲洗冲洗的时间。也可以用泵来将工艺后方的清水提升回微滤机进行反冲洗,也是由时间控制器来控制反冲洗的启停。
3、滤渣:
设备过滤出来的残渣,会经过滤筒内部的导流叶的导流,从进水端导流至另一方的排渣槽处,可以将微滤机排渣槽下方放置一个小推车或垃圾桶接住滤渣,让其自然干化后外运。
针对不同的养殖要求,我公司研发两款微滤机,箱式和下沉式,其结构合理,运行平稳,水体净化好,自动化程度高。

The working principle of the microfiltration machine is that when the aquaculture water passes through the micro-porous screen on the drum of the microfiltration machine, under the rotation of the drum, the solid waste in the aquaculture water is separated, purifying the water and achieving the purpose of recycling. While filtering, the micro-porous screen can be cleaned in a timely manner through the rotation of the drum and the force of the backwash water, keeping the equipment in good working condition at all times. Working principle: 1. Filtration: The sewage is lifted by the sewage lift pump to the microfiltration machine. The microfiltration machine is equipped with a water distribution weir. Through guidance, the suspended solids enter the drum from one end and are filtered by the filter screen. The suspended solids are intercepted inside the filter cylinder. Inside the filter cylinder, there are guide vanes that can guide the suspended solids from the inlet end to the sludge discharge trough at the other end. The sewage will flow from the filter screen to the water collection trough below the filter cartridge and be connected to the intermediate water tank at the rear through the outlet flange interface. 2. Backwashing: During the operation of the equipment, some suspended solids will adhere to the filter screen. Backwashing can be done with tap water and is controlled by an electromagnetic valve and a time controller. The duration for which backwashing is started and the backwashing time can be set. A pump can also be used to lift the clear water from the rear of the process back to the microfiltration machine for backwashing, and the start and stop of backwashing are also controlled by a time controller. 3. Filter residue: The residue filtered out by the equipment will be guided by the deflector blades inside the filter cylinder from the water inlet end to the sludge discharge trough on the other side. A small trolley or trash can can be placed under the sludge discharge trough of the microfilter to catch the filter residue, allowing it to dry naturally before being transported away. In response to different aquaculture requirements, our company has developed two types of microfiltration machines: box-type and sunken type.
